  1. Who we are About Us

Trenchmen Academy was created in 2014 to provide Middle School & High School linemen and linebackers with technique and position specific training year-round. The Trenchmen academy method is devised of three focus areas.

Mental toughness extends beyond playing through an injury and we recognize this. The battle in the trenches is won in preparation and we prepare our trenchmen by;

  • Studying film
  • Accountability
  • Character Development

  • To dominate you must control the point of attack with violent hands and sound technique, we develop our trenchmen by focusing on
  • Position specific drills
  • Technique development
  • Speed, power, agility, reaction and quickness training

To be a leader, one must first learn to serve. We teach our trenchmen the importance of service by;

  • Volunteering our time locally in the community
  • Providing an example to the youth demonstrating hard work and commitment
  • Respecting positions of authority
